"Being in a small rural town it’s so good to have a delicious Charcoal Chicken shop. Koo Wee Rup Roast Chicken and Kebabs have such yummy food and a great selection. I go there at least once to twice a week for their hot dogs in batter, dim sims and potato cakes. If you haven’t had their chips with their signature made chicken salt then you are missing out. The owners are lovely people, and their staff make the effort to get to know your name and if you’re a regular they make sure to remember your order each time you go in. I love what the new owners have done with the inside and outside of the shop, it needed a freshen up. If you’re a local to Koo Wee Rup or just passing through I highly highly recommend calling in there for some delicious food. You won’t be disappointed ."

"We were passing through town and I came to the shop late last week with my husband and adult kids. We ordered a Roast Chicken family meal with salad. We spend a lot of time on the road and have had our fair share of takeout. On first appearance the shop was very clean which I like to see and rare in the fast food industry. The chicken and salad were standouts, extremely fresh and tasty. The gravy was to die for. Would highly recommend."
